TOWN HALL UPDATE - 9/25

The Town Board meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month with workshops as needed on the 4th Thursday. Highlights from the August Town Board meeting include:

• Appointment of Michele Wait to a full six-year term as Town Assessor.

• Continued discussion on the status of town finances, including hiring a CPA to assist in reconciling certain financial accounts.  

• Setting a date for a public hearing on the proposed update to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan (see related article.)
